Rural & Urban Public Health Development Association(RUPHDA) ভারত সরকারের একটি নিবন্ধিত সংস্থা যা গ্রামীণ স্বাস্থ্য পরিষেবার ক্ষেত্রে 20 বছর ধরে অবিচ্ছিন্নভাবে কাজ করে চলেছে, প্রতিটি পঞ্চায়েত স্তরে গ্রামীণ স্বাস্থ্য পরিষেবাগুলির মসৃণ বাস্তবায়নের জন্য চুক্তির ভিত্তিতে পাঁচ বছরের জন্য স্বাস্থ্য মিত্র, কম্পাউন্ডার এবং কম্পিউটার অপারেটর পদে কাজ করার জন্য পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সমস্ত জেলায় পঞ্চায়েত পর্যায়ে আগ্রহী পুরুষ/মহিলা প্রার্থীদের কাছ থেকে অনলাইনে আবেদনপত্র আহ্বান করেছে।
